Life Skills Victoria is a Registered Training Organisation (TOID 20146) offering both accredited and pre-accredited courses tailored for adults with an intellectual disability. Our programs are thoughtfully designed to support the development of independence and practical skills - helping participants prepare for employment or move on to further education.

Pre-Accredited Courses

    Literacy and Numeracy

    This course assists people to develop basic skills and knowledge in reading, writing and digital skills to participate in day-to-day life. You will also develop skills in searching the internet, setting up an email address, and searching for employment.

    Mainstreet Art

    Mainstreet Art is a pre-accredited course that is designed as both an art program and a microbusiness workshop. Runs weekly on Friday from 10:00am - 2:00pm.

    Ready For Hospitality

    A course for people who are thinking about entering the world of hospitality. It is designed to develop your knowledge and practical skills through discussions, workshops and practical hands-on learning. It will help you decide if you really want to continue in the hospitality industry, and if so, in what direction.

    Cooking Towards Independence

    This course assists learners to develop life skills and supports self-development so they can explore suitable future options such as employment, further study, or community participation.
